Oh my I haven't been on here in almost a year!

Oh my goodness, I havent been on here to tell you about what is happening in soo long!

Well all of us are happy and well, and our slave is well too.

There have been a few changes since I last wrote to you all. I have since been diagnosed with Malocclusion, so I have to go and see the vet man every 8 weeks or so. But it is ok because he gives me some nice drugs and i dream of giant carrots for a while! After that my teeth feel much better!!

We have had a few new additions to our pack, first there was Clover, she arrived in February 2006 and lived with Tony and I for a while, she sadly passed on to the Rainbow Bridge on the 24th July 2006, she will be sadly missed.

Next we have Boomer, he arrived a few weeks ago, he will hopefully be living with Bubble and Barni once they accept him into their group.

Our shed accomodation is doing us well, it is lovely and snug inside at night, we also get heat pads to make sure we are extra toasty at night too!

Must Go Now!

Lots of love,
Figaro xxx

Back again- sorry for not posting for ages!!!!

Hello, Barni here!!!!
Hope you are all keeping well. We are having rain today so we can't go outside :( So I decided to come in and use the puter cos Bubble didnt want to play high speed chases round our pen in the shed, she is such a bore sometimes!!
Im sure some of you heard that Figaro wasn't well a while ago, but she is fine now, she just had a little bit of a cold. (serves her right for insisting on sitting in the rain instead of sitting in her nice warm hidy box- duh!)
Its going to be easter soon, and I know who the real easter bunny is!! Its Figaro- but don't tell anyone. You see the easter bunny is white, and Figaro is white and she is a bunny, so...... she must be the easter bunny- you see I am a genius! Apparently the easter bunny brings all bunnies big carrots with ribbons on and big juicy apples, and brings the slaves something called choco-late, no idea what that is but it sounds yucky!

Anyway I am away back to the shed to chase Bubble and to remind her that she lives with a young bunny who needs to play lots and that she should be fulfilling her motherlike elder bunny duties by making sure I get to do what I want!!

We have new accommodation!

Sorry I haven't posted for a while, our slave was having puter problems. She probably just forgot that all you have to do is press the shiny button and it comes alive, 2 foots really have no idea about technology!
Our new accommodation in the shed is finished, our slave had kept it a big secret to us until she moved us in on saturday night! Its really warm and snug, there are two 3ft by 5ft pens, one for Bubble and Barni and one for me and Tony, its so luxurious! I will try and get the 2 foot to take some pictures with the flashy thing that connects to the puter.
I hear that you all over the water on that big piece of land they call England (yet another silly name!) have been having lots of that white stuff! We haven't had much :( I want some snow it's fun to play in! The weather has just been terribly cold here, so we haven't been able to go out in our runs all day recently, but at least we have a snug shed to stay in!
Oh yes I have been told to ask you all for some tips on nice vegetables. Our slave says that we need to expand our tastes. She says that only wanting to eat apples, carrots, cabbage, grapes and the odd cauliflower leaf isn't very brave. i think it is good, but I suppose some more different types of veggies for our veggie treats days would be nice. So if you have any tips as to what veggies are really tasty please let our 2 foot know!
Well im off to munch my dinner, science selective, yum!

Welcome

Hello all!
This is my first time using live journal so please bear with me!
I suppose I should really introduce myself!
My name is Figaro and I am an uppy eared bunny. I am quite a big bunny, I don't know what breed I am, my slave says I'm a 'dolly mixture' but I dont think I am edible so I don't know why she would say that! My slave says I am the eldest bunny she says I am probably around 6 years old, but I would rather stick with being 2 each birthday!
There are three other bunnies in my family, Tony (my mate) and the two other loonies Bubble and Barni!
Tony is somewhat smaller than me, (so I can boss him around), he is also an uppy eared bunny, but he has silly little small ears because he is a netherland dwarf cross. Bubble and Barni don't live in the same pen as Tony and I do, because I dont like having too many bunnies round me!
Bubble is also a very big bunny, she is a Harelquin Belgian hare cross. She was our slaves first bunny, along with her sister Jet who unfortunately had to be put to sleep on November 3rd last year. Bubble is 5 years old now and thinks she rules the roost!
Barni is Bubble's friend, despite her name Barni is a girlie bun. She is a loppy eared bunny tho. Barni is around 2 years old and seems ot be going through the crazy bunny stage and seems to enjoy running around the run outside at 50 billion miles an hour! Bubble is like a mum to Barni and has looked after her very well and has helped her settle in after having to go to the animal shelter for a while because her slave could not longer look after her, our slave gave her a home because Bubble needed a friend when her sister died.
So I suppose now that I have introduced all the important family memembers I should really introduce our primary care giver (slave) Cerys. She is the one who has the puter that I am using!
Well there you go, we are all introduced, hopefully you will all enjoy reading about the stuff we get up to here in Northern Ireland (apparently thats what the country we live in is called, quite a silly name really!). I had better be off, lots of grass needing to be eaten I will try and write some more later.
Love to all bunnies,
Figaro :)
